Ja Rule Speaks On Not Being On Billboards Top 50 Rappers List

 

Ja Rule was one of the notable rappers missing from Billboard's top 50 rappers list. The hitmaker stated there are not 50 rappers ahead of him. He even corrected XXL for miscuing his statement.

Ja talked about his record sales, No.1 songs and top 10 singles, he should not have been left off of any top 50 rappers list. 

Music is subjective but if we talking numbers I’m at least top 25 in all categories… record sales, top 10 singles, number 1 singles, number 1 albums what we talking bout impact influence??? Even my enemies adopted my style… 🤣🌊❤️ #ICONN #Vibes

To be honest I actually agree. I don't think you can tell the 50 year story of hip hop and leave Ja Rule out.

This the last thing I’m gonna say about the list… I’m pissed cause this was not an oversight it’s statistically IMPOSSIBLE to comprise this list without me so my question to @billboard who records these stats is what went into the decision to leave me off??? Just curious…
